Tendo como foco principal a total integração visual das áreas sociais, este projeto da designer de interiores Andreza de Lucca destaca-se pela qualidade dos ambientes em vários aspectos. Começando pelo imponente living de pé-direito duplo com home theater integrado, onde o mobiliário contemporâneo harmoniza-se perfeitamente ao toque oriental dos tapetes persas e das peças de arte e adornos. Destaque para a estrutura com 5 metros de altura revestida com freijó dourado que apoia-se sobre o painel em microtextura da tv e para a moderna lareira a gás em mármore Bege Bahia.
Focusing mainly on the full visual integration of social areas, this project by interior designer Andreza Lucca stands out for the quality of the interiors in many ways. Starting from the imposing living room with double height ceiling and integrated home theater, where contemporary furniture harmonizes perfectly with the oriental touch of the Persian rugs, and art pieces. Highlight for the 5 meters tall structure cladded with golden freijó wood that rests on the panel in microtexture that holds the tv and for the modern gas fireplace made of Bahia Beige marble.
Ao subir as escadas chega-se à sala de tv, ambiente pensado para conferir privacidade à família mesmo nos dias de confraternização com os amigos, nas áreas sociais do piso térreo. Em meio a tantos detalhes de qualidade e ao primoroso acabamento da obra, chama a atenção o lustre de cristal de 4 metros de altura concebido por Andreza de Lucca em parceria com a Ville Lumi.
Upstairs there is the tv room, a space thought to give privacy to the family even in the days of socializing with friends. Amid so many quality details and exquisite finishing of the residence, our attention has been drawn to the 4 meters tall crystal chandelier designed by Andreza of Lucca in partnership with Ville Lumi.
Voltando às áreas sociais no pavimento térreo, temos a sala de jantar e a cozinha americana adjacente. O granito das bancadas envolve os armários da cozinha equipada com metais e equipamentos em aço inox compondo um visual sofisticado e moderno. Um “bem pensado” painel do mesmo material dos armários dá suporte à televisão que serve aos dois ambientes. No jantar, a mesa quadrada com oito cadeiras forma uma composição de extremo bom gosto com o tapete oriental e as belas peças de arte.
Returning to the social areas on the ground floor, there are the dining room and the adjacent kitchen. The granite countertops involve the cabinets of the kitchen which features high end appliances and stainless steel hardware composing a sophisticated and modern look. A “well thought out” panel of the same material as the kitchen cabinets supports the TV that serves both spaces. In the dining room, a square table with eight chairs form an exquisite composition with the oriental rug and beautiful art pieces.
O lavabo segue o conceito proposto pela designer para a área social e é exatamente o oposto de muitos toilettes frios e sem vida. A riqueza das texturas, da madeira e do mármore do piso, juntamente com a paleta de cores quentes e a iluminação fazem deste espaço um ambiente convidativo e caloroso.
The toilet follows the concept proposed by the designer for the social area and is the exact opposite of many cold and lifeless toilettes. The richness of the textures, wood and marble flooring along with a palette of warm colors and the lighting make it a warm and inviting space.
A suíte master promove uma sintonia fina entre o contemporâneo e o clássico. Praticidade e sofisticação andam juntas no mobiliário, nas peças de arte, no detalhe do papel de parede de inspiração clássica, nas cortinas de linho e no detalhe mais inusitado da suíte: A poltrona Barcelona branca no banho.
The master bedroom promotes a fine tunning between the contemporary and the classic. Convenience and sophistication go hand in hand in the furniture, the artworks, the wallpaper of classic inspiration, the linen curtains and the most unusual detail of the suite: The white Barcelona chair in the bathroom.
Este projeto da designer Andreza de Lucca nos chamou a atenção por inúmeros motivos. Desde a imponente estrutura de madeira que se funde ao forro de Freijó do living, passando pela qualidade de todos os ambientes até chegar aos menores detalhes como o relógio da lareira e a vitrola da sala de tv, tudo tem o seu propósito: O design e a arte se fundem e o luxo sem excessos encanta os sentidos!
This project by designer Andreza Lucca has caught our attention for many reasons. From the imposing wooden structure that merges to the Freijó wood ceiling of the living rom to the quality of all the spaces and the smallest details like the watch near the fireplace and the antique phonograph in the tv room, everything has its purpose: Design and Art are combined and the luxury without excess enchants the senses!
